Will it be the little boy's or little girl's room.

Transvestite Sues Beauty School Over Rejection ------

LOS ANGELES - A transvestite sued a Los Angeles beauty school,
claiming his application was rejected when school officials
realized he was not a woman. The plaintiff, known only as
"Sandy," passed a test, paid a $100 fee, was accepted to
the school and was told to report for classes in August.
Apparently when school owners found out Sandy was a man, they
were concerned with which bathroom facilities he would use.
School officials had no comment on the lawsuit.

And as for where the monster will do 1 or 2, I say he ought to be allowed to do his business in the girls room; the guys might kill 'em if they find him in the boys room. But the girls might kill 'em if they find him in the girls room. The monster's a woman inside, might as well let him go to the girls room. lol

no, he's a cross dresser, not transgender. a transvestite only wears a woman's clothes, it doesn't mean they are actually or believe themselves to be a woman. A transexual however would be different as they themselves believe that they are actually a woman inside, and so the question would be different. so, he should have to use the men's/boys room, as it's his choice to wear the clothing. I would wonder if the school couldn't actually stipulate that he wear boys clothes unless there isn't a standard uniform for the school.

Yeah, I'd say the little boy's room.

They actually rejected him over this? Oh man. There are no words. The poor bloke!

I think he should have to use the men's bathroom. Just because he is choosing to dress like a woman, doesn't mean that he should be allowed to use the women's. Do you know how many men might actually consider dressing up as a woman, just so that they could get inside the ladies' bathroom? A scary thought!

Political Correctness gone mad! Who wears the pants in that school? They should be able to require him to dress as a male and go to the little boys room; and tell him to save his perverted exhibitionism for his friends after school.

I was once asked "Have you ever been with a tranny"? I thought this a most unusual question, as I can't ever remember being without one. My sentimental favourite was the one my parents bought me as a child of five when I was in hospital with pneumonia.

Before you all light up to flame me for being "such a biggott" and so insensitive, I can empathise with preoperative transsexuals who must live as the opposite gender to that which their hearts and minds perceive themselves to be; perception is reality!

BlackBird is right. This guy is making a choice to dress as he does, and should go by the rules of the school if he really wants to attend. That means, to the men's room with him.

Bob, but don't you see that he'll get killed in the little boy's room? It's better if he goes to the little girl's room, they're not physically capable of killing him. Besides, women are more likely to understand him than men are. I say he ought to go to the little girl's room.

I like one of the earlier posts witch basicly says no one is forceing him to dress up in girls clothes to the boys bathroom and may he get what he deserves

I'd have to say the boy's room for him. I don't mean to be mean, but I don't want a male in the bathroom with me; unless he's my husband and there for knows all about me anyways...But, to me the real question is; what about a hermaphadite? Someone who has all sexual organs...Or, here is an idea, make all bathrooms unisex; I'll adjust...
